Once part of the team, you will attend a comprehensive, nurse-led induction training programme which will provide you with both the knowledge and expertise to succeed and the opportunity to observe and practice your skills, with an InSafeHands buddy to safely guide you along the way.
Your induction will be further reinforced by regular training and you’ll also be given further opportunities for career progression through our 1:1 supervisor and appraisal discussions.
