Looking after your wellbeing

You may be living with a deteriorating condition and starting to feel as though you need a little help around the house, or perhaps you’ve recently had an operation and need support getting back on your feet. Whatever it is, your independence is imperative, that’s why we’re here to provide the support you need so that you can get back on track in your own home and community. We will care for you with the utmost warmth, care, and attention.

You may have lost confidence following a fall or that you need extra support after a period in hospital. Or maybe your care needs have increased, and you would like a little more support on a regular basis. Whatever your need, the extra help we can make all the difference.

Whether you need a 30-minute visit a couple of days a week to help you walk the dog or 4 x 1-hour calls/more intensive, personal care, we can support you.

All conditions are cared for, from just needing companionship to full personal care if you’re disabled. This includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, household duties. We can customise your daily needs.

We are there to encourage, prompt and remind you about the things you can still do and want to do for yourself whilst being able to provide full support for the things you can no longer manage. We can support with washing, dressing, continence care, bathing, showering, hair, and make-up – whatever you need to feel good about yourself.

Social care activities and trips out and about can also be supported to ensure that you don’t feel isolated.
