We work in partnership in our local community to ensure that us as a company have access to the best provision in our local community, in terms of social enterprise activity centre, local council authority activities, social clubs etc. We work closely with the Police Community Support Officers and have implemented the Herbert Protocol to ensure close links with the police if any vulnerable client ever went missing.
“What is the Herbert Protocol? The Herbert Protocol is a scheme adopted by several police forces within England & Wales in partnership with Local Authorities and other agencies. It is a simple risk reduction tool to be used if an adult with care and support is reported missing”.
Members of our staff also volunteer in local charitable groups/organisations.
